RUSTIC MULTISEED DIAMOND 80 with roasted (or smoked) duck breast, oranges and kale
INGREDIENTS
- 5001510 RUSTIC MULTISEED DIAMOND 80
 - Fillet of duck, roasted or smoked, pre-sliced
 - Orange
 - Orange marmalade
 - Kale
 - Belgian endive (witlof), cut into julienne
 
METHOD
- Roast the duck breast or choose for pre-sliced smoked fillet of duck.
 - Peel and segment the oranges.
 - Blanche the kale leaves, mash or puree the kale leaves, season with nutmeg, pepper and salt.
 - Compose the sandwich starting with the kale, followed by the slices of duck breast, orange marmalade, julienne of Belgian endive and add the orange segments at last.
 - Close the sandwich.
