RUSTIC MULTISEED DIAMOND 80 with roasted (or smoked) duck breast, oranges and kale

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001510 RUSTIC MULTISEED DIAMOND 80
  • Fillet of duck, roasted or smoked, pre-sliced
  • Orange
  • Orange marmalade
  • Kale
  • Belgian endive (witlof), cut into julienne

METHOD

  1. Roast the duck breast or choose for pre-sliced smoked fillet of duck.
  2. Peel and segment the oranges.
  3. Blanche the kale leaves, mash or puree the kale leaves, season with nutmeg, pepper and salt.
  4. Compose the sandwich starting with the kale, followed by the slices of duck breast, orange marmalade, julienne of Belgian endive and add the orange segments at last.
  5. Close the sandwich.
