The story behind

A sourdough wheat loaf enriched with cranberries for a harmonious balance of sweet and sour flavour notes with lovely hints of butter. 

Tips & tricks 

  • The perfect companion for cheese trays and patés. Both roasted or toasted.
  • Melba toast: slice loaf (still a little frozen) with cutting machine in thin slices of 1 mm. Roast between 2 silicon pads  until crispy (3-5 mins at 200°C).
