Classic mushroom canapé toast on a sourdough bread.
INGREDIENTS
- 2104372 PAVÉ GARDE CHASSE
- White mushrooms
- Chestnut mushrooms
- Clove of garlic
- Butter
- Chopped parsley
- Quarter of lemon
METHOD
- Slice loaf into slices of 1,5 – 1,8 cm thick.
- Rub slice of sourdough loaf with garlic clove, sprinkle on some olive oil and grill in grill pan or bbq.
- Fry fresh mushrooms in butter, season with coarse sea salt and black pepper.
- Spoon mushrooms on toast and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve with quarter of lemon on the side.
