PAVÉ GARDE CHASSE PRE-SLICED toast with beetroot carpaccio, smoked aubergine caviar, pecorino cheese and roasted hazelnuts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2104665 PAVÉ GARDE CHASSE PRE-SLICED
  • Cooked beetroot, finely sliced (carpaccio)
  • Aubergine caviar or tapenade (or baba ganoush)
  • Pecorino cheese, grated
  • Hazelnuts, roasted and broken

METHOD

  1. Toast (roast or grill) the Slice Pavé Garde Chasse. 
  2. Compose the toast starting with the smoked aubergine caviar covered with the beetroot carpaccio.
  3. Sprinkle grated pecorino cheese and broken roasted hazelnuts on top.
