LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHOLEMEAL with sauteed minced veal meat, red wine vinegar, and, oyster sauce; Iceberg lettuce, red onion, and cucumber sprinkled with vadouvan mayonnaise.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001980 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHOLEMEAL, rolled op with
  • Sauteed minced veal meat, deglaze with red wine vinegar and oyster sauce and a dash of lemon juice. (Cover the flatbread with the meat, roll up and bake for 1 min @ 190°C.)
  • Iceberg lettuce, red onion, and cucumber.
  • Mayonnaise made with vadouvan herbs

METHOD

  1. Bak het gehakt zachtjes in olijfolie, blus af met rode wijnazijn, voeg de oestersaus toe en smaak af met citroensap.
  2. Besmeer de flat bread met het mengsel en bak 1 min af op 190.
  3. Voeg de fijngesneden ijsbergsla, rode ui en komkommer toe.
  4. Besprenkel met vadouvan mayonaise.
  5. Rol in aluminiumfolie.
