LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE with Galloway beef carpaccio, shallot, mint, basil, red hot chili pepper, and roasted peanut.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001979 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE
  • Galloway beef carpaccio
  • Shallot
  • Fresh mint leaves cut into julienne
  • Fresh basil leaves cut into julienne
  • Red chili pepper
  • Peanuts, roasted and crushed

METHOD

  1. Drizzle some olive oil on the flatbread and grill very short (30 sec).
  2. Top with the beef carpaccio and sprinkle the shallots, mint, basil, chili pepper and crushed peanuts on top.
  3. Serve with extra virgin olive oil and coarse sea salt aside.
