LEBANESE FLAT BREAD BEETROOT wrap with smoked trout, horseradish, cream cheese, rocket, carrot, celery and beetroot.
DIFFERENT USES
- Cold as filled wrap
- Hot as a filled wrap, grilled in a contact-grill
- Chips & dips, baked. You can tear it up and use it as something to spread cheese or hummus on.
- Crumbled: Bake flatbreads unadorned and crumble them through salads in the fashion of the classic Lebanese fattoush of mixed vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
- 5001981 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD BEETROOT
- Cream cheese plain (type Philadelphia or other soft cream cheese)
- Horseradish sauce (sauce raifort)
- Smoked trout fillet
- Carrot, cut into julienne
- Beetroot, pre-cooked and sliced
- Celery, sliced
- Rocket
METHOD
- Mix the plain cream cheese with the horseradish sauce, season with pepper.
- Spread the mixture on the Lebanese flatbread.
- Continue by topping with the smoked trout fillets, sliced carrots and celery .
- Cover with the rocket and roll up.
