LEBANESE FLAT BREAD BEETROOT wrap with smoked trout, horseradish, cream cheese, rocket, carrot, celery and beetroot.

DIFFERENT USES

  • Cold as filled wrap
  • Hot as a filled wrap, grilled in a contact-grill
  • Chips & dips, baked. You can tear it up and use it as something to spread cheese or hummus on.
  • Crumbled: Bake flatbreads unadorned and crumble them through salads in the fashion of the classic Lebanese fattoush of mixed vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001981 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD BEETROOT 
  • Cream cheese plain (type Philadelphia or other soft cream cheese)
  • Horseradish sauce (sauce raifort)
  • Smoked trout fillet
  • Carrot, cut into julienne
  • Beetroot, pre-cooked and sliced
  • Celery, sliced
  • Rocket

METHOD

  1. Mix the plain cream cheese with the horseradish sauce, season with pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture on the Lebanese flatbread.
  3. Continue by topping with the smoked trout fillets, sliced carrots and celery .
  4. Cover with the rocket and roll up.
