FOCACCIA TOMATO OREGANO PRE-SLICED with chopped raw steak mingled with extra virgin olive oil with balsamic, rocket, olives, roasted pine nuts, balsamic, black pepper and fleur de sel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001991 FOCACCIA TOMATO OREGANO PRE-SLICED 
  • Raw ground (minced) beef
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Rocket, chopped
  • Green and black pitted olives, chopped
  • Pine nuts, roasted
  • Black pepper
  • Fleur de sel (sea salt)

METHOD

  1. Flash bake the focaccia.
  2. Prepare the steak tartare: Beef steak hand cut and chopped with a knife, mingled with virgin olive oil and some drops of balsamic vinegar, chopped rocket, green and black olives, roasted pine nuts, black pepper and “fleur de sel” sea salt. 
  3. Compose sandwich. 
  4. Top with parmesan petals, red onion rings and rocket. 
  5. Close sandwich and press a little.
