The story behind

The secret behind these very versatile rolls is their production process with multiple rising and resting periods, the use of sourdough and olive oil resulting in a delicate, thin and crispy crust with a juicy, soft but strong crumb.

Tips & tricks 

  • We recommend to flash bake the roll in order to release all aromas and enhance its crispy, thin crust.
  • Toast or grill cut side when making hamburgers for more taste, texture and protection against crumb humidity. 
  • Also perfect as a thaw & serve application.
