INGREDIENTS

5002076 CRYSTAL ROLL SEEDED PRE-SLICED
Panko-breaded chicken breast
Tiger prawns (pre-cooked)
Hot sauce (harissa, sambal, oelek or hot thai)
Fresh basil
Mayonnaise
Lemon or lime
Iceberg lettuce
Tomato

METHOD

Bread chicken breast with panko bread crumbs. Pan-fry escallop.
Marinate tiger prawns in spicy hot sauce.
Mix fresh basil leaves with lime juice and olive oil in kitchen blender. Add to mayonnaise.
Flash bake Crystal Roll first (or grill/roast both halves on cutting surface).
Compose sandwich.
