Premium burger bun/sandwich roll with a thin, crispy crust and a soft, airy crumb. Made from partly wheat meal and a little rye sourdough, enriched with toasted rye, linseeds and olive oil. Decorated with buckwheat, golden & brown linseeds, sunflower and sesame seeds, pre-sliced.

The story behind

The secret behind these very versatile rolls is their production process with multiple rising and resting periods, the use of sourdough and olive oil resulting in a delicate, thin and crispy crust with a juicy, soft but strong crumb.

Tips & tricks

We recommend to flash bake the roll in order to release all aromas and enhance its crispy, thin crust.
Toast or grill cut side when making hamburgers for more taste, texture and protection against crumb humidity.
Also perfect as a thaw & serve application.
