Tunnbröd tulip filled with a goat cheese salad. This salad is a mixture of red and green lettuce, radicchio, crispy bacon rashers, dried onion, roasted hazelnuts and glazed goat cheese with balsamic cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 5000055 TUNNBRÖD
- Mixed lettuce
- Crispy bacon rashers
- Dried roasted onion
- Roasted hazelnuts
- Goat cheese
- Balsamic cream
METHOD
- Take sheet of tunnbröd and fold in porcelain bowl or cup. Press until bowl shape.
- Bake bowl with tunnbröd in the oven for 3-4 mins. at 170°C.
- Let cool and stiffen until dry. Take it out of the porcelain bowl.
- Fill tunnbröd bowl with composed meal salad.
