Cold ravioli sandwich from Tramezzino Rye with cream cheese with herbs, ham and red pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5000779 TRAMEZZINO WHEAT-RYE 
  • Soft cream cheese with herbs
  • Ham
  • Dices red bell pepper

METHOD

Use a dumpling maker (or ravioli or empanada mould) to form cushions.

  1. Flatten slices with a rolling pin. The pressed crumb makes it stronger and unable to tear.
  2. Spread some sauce (tapenade, mayonnaise or cream cheese) on the inside surface of the ravioli (glue edges together).
  3. Lay filling in the middle of the bread slice and close the mould. Press firmly.

TIP: For a festive, colourful presentation, use all three tramezzino flavours on one tray of sandwiches.
