Cold ravioli sandwich from Tramezzino Rye with cream cheese with herbs, ham and red pepper.
INGREDIENTS
- 5000779 TRAMEZZINO WHEAT-RYE
- Soft cream cheese with herbs
- Ham
- Dices red bell pepper
METHOD
Use a dumpling maker (or ravioli or empanada mould) to form cushions.
- Flatten slices with a rolling pin. The pressed crumb makes it stronger and unable to tear.
- Spread some sauce (tapenade, mayonnaise or cream cheese) on the inside surface of the ravioli (glue edges together).
- Lay filling in the middle of the bread slice and close the mould. Press firmly.
TIP: For a festive, colourful presentation, use all three tramezzino flavours on one tray of sandwiches.
