SCHIACCIATA ROMANA MULTIGRAIN PRE-SLICED with mortadella, Italian cream cheese, artichoke hearts & parmesan
INGREDIENTS
- 5001922 SCHIACCIATA ROMANA MULTIGRAIN PRE-SLICED
 - Mortadella, sliced
 - Soft cream cheese
 - Artichoke hearts, tin or in oil
 - Semi seco dried cherry tomatoes
 - Parmesan petals
 - Rocket
 - Thyme, fresh
 - Italian herb mix (dried), pepper & salt
 
METHOD
- Spread the Schiacciata halve with a nice thick layer of Italian cream cheese (mingle the Italian herb mix in the cream cheese or ricotta, season with pepper and salt).
 - put nice cubes of artichoke hearts, lay the slices of mortadella on top & cover with parmesan petals.
 - sprinkle with thyme & cover with rocket.
 - close the schiacciata, press a little.
 - Heat the Schiacciata for 3 minutes before serving.
