The story behind

Focaccia type dough typical for the Tuscan region, also known as Schiacciata or Tuscan flat bread. Very airy and light crumb with extra virgin olive oil and a very crispy, thin-floured crust. The added values of this product? It is portion sized, rectangular and pre-sliced!

Tips & tricks 

  • Although it is perfect as a Thaw & Serve product, it is recommended to flash bake it to reveal its flavours and crispiness.
  • Ideal roll to make panini. Fill and grill for 3 minutes at 225 °C in a contact grill.
