METHOD

  1. Flash bake Pastel de Nata for more taste, aroma and crispiness. Let cool down and start pimping to your own liking.
  2. Pastel de Nata with apple flower: Peel apple with peeler or paring knife into thin long strings. Roll strings and form rose-like shape. Keep flower together apricot jelly or glaze.
  3. Pastel de Nata seasonal fruit tartlet: Rinse seasonal fruit, dry and cut into desired shape, cover tartlets with fruit and slight brush of apricot jelly or glaze. Add icing sugar for final decoration.
  4. Pastel de Nata with caramelized hazelnuts, cashew, pistachio and walnut structure.
  5. Pastel de Nata with Italian meringue with lime, raspberries and chocolate straws.
