METHOD
- Flash bake Pastel de Nata for more taste, aroma and crispiness. Let cool down and start pimping to your own liking.
- Pastel de Nata with apple flower: Peel apple with peeler or paring knife into thin long strings. Roll strings and form rose-like shape. Keep flower together apricot jelly or glaze.
- Pastel de Nata seasonal fruit tartlet: Rinse seasonal fruit, dry and cut into desired shape, cover tartlets with fruit and slight brush of apricot jelly or glaze. Add icing sugar for final decoration.
