CRYSTAL ROLL RUSTIC PRE-SLICED with lamb meat burger, brie cheese and sautéed sweet-sour onions

INGREDIENTS

  • 5002075 CRYSTAL ROLL RUSTIC PRE-SLICED
  • Lamb burger patty
  • Brie cheese slices
  • Onion rings baked
  • Radicchio (Italian red chicory)

METHOD

  1. First, bake the onion rings with some sugar and deglaze with red wine vinegar, keep warm.
  2. Bake or grill hamburger patty.
  3. Flash bake Crystal Roll or grill/ roast both halves on cutting surface.
  4. Compose burger and press a little.
