ARTISAN BÛCHETTE MULTISEED with Dutch smoked eel, raifort sauce, cucumber and sushi vinegar, apple syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- Smoked eel filets
- Cucumber, cut in noodles
- Sushi vinegar (Otafuka)
- Lettuce, hearts
- French horseradish sauce (sauce Raifort)
- Apple syrup
METHOD
- Cut the cucumber noodles and sprinkle with (Otafuka) sushi vinegar.
- Cut the lettuce in julienne and the smoked eel filets in stripes.
- Compose the sandwich starting with the lettuce, eel and cucumber noodles.
- Drizzle the horseradish sauce and apple syrup on top of it.
- Close the sandwich and press a little.
