ARTISAN BÛCHETTE MULTISEED with Dutch smoked eel, raifort sauce, cucumber and sushi vinegar, apple syrup.

INGREDIENTS

  • Smoked eel filets
  • Cucumber, cut in noodles
  • Sushi vinegar (Otafuka)
  • Lettuce, hearts
  • French horseradish sauce (sauce Raifort)
  • Apple syrup

METHOD

  1. Cut the cucumber noodles and sprinkle with (Otafuka) sushi vinegar.
  2. Cut the lettuce in julienne and the smoked eel filets in stripes.
  3. Compose the sandwich starting with the lettuce, eel and cucumber noodles.
  4. Drizzle the horseradish sauce and apple syrup on top of it.
  5. Close the sandwich and press a little.
