SCHIACCIATA ROMANA MULTIGRAIN PRE-SLICED with truffle mayonnaise, mortadella, pitted green olives and rocket

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001922 SCHIACCIATA ROMANA MULTIGRAIN PRE-SLICED
  • Truffle mayonnaise (or mayonnaise with truffle paste)
  • Mortadella, thinly sliced
  • Pitted green olives, sliced
  • Rocket leaves

METHOD

  1. Grill or roast the pre-sliced Schiacciata inside-out (on both cutting surfaces).
  2. Spread the truffle mayonnaise on both roasted cutting sides of the Schiacciata.
  3. Compose the sandwich with the mortadella, rocket and sliced olives.
  4. Close the sandwich and press a little.
