INGREDIENTS

  • 5000954 PETIT PAIN RUSTIQUE MULTCÉRÉALES 125
  • Roast beef, sliced (or carpaccio)
  • Stilton cheese, or other blue cheese
  • Blackberries
  • Rocket
  • Optional: beetroot dices and crushed walnut

METHOD

  1. Cut the petit pain horizontally.
  2. Compose the sandwich starting with the blue cheese, than the roast beef, the rocket and blackberries.
  3. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
  4. Finish with a decoration of pre-cooked beetroot dices and crushed walnut.
  5. Close the sandwich and press a little.
