Cold sandwich with sliced beetroot and goat cheese, smoked trout, rocket and granny smith apple on a Multi Seed’r bun.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001840 milti seed’r bun
  • Sliced, pre-cooked beetroot
  • Sliced hard goat cheese
  • Smoked trout filet
  • Wholegrain mustard
  • Rocket
  • Sliced granny smith apple
  • Lemon juice and black pepper
     

METHOD

  1. Flash bake bun and cut horizontally in 2 halves.
  2. Slice green apple into julienne and sprinkle over lime juice over to prevent discolouration.
  3. Compose sandwich by playing with coloured ingredients.
