LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE wrap with Fattoush salad: hummus, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green peppers, green onions and parsley. (optional: tabbouleh)

  • Hot as a filled wrap, grilled in a contact-grill
  • Chips & dips, baked. You can tear it up and use it as something to spread cheese or hummus on
  • Crumbled: Bake flatbreads unadorned and crumble them through salads in the fashion of the classic Lebanese fattoush of mixed vegetables

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001979 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE
  • Hummus
  • Romaine lettuce, sliced
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Cucumbers, diced
  • Radishes, sliced
  • Green peppers, diced
  • Green onions, diced
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Sumac herbs
  • Pepper & salt
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds

METHOD

  1. Compose the salad by mixing all ingredients together
  2. Make the dressing by mixing the olive oil with lemon juice, sumac, pepper and salt. (eventually add yoghurt). And pour over the salad.
  3. Chop the fresh mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad together with the pomegranate seeds. 
  4. Spread the hummus on the flatbread, cover with the salad mixture and roll up.
