  • Smoked mackerel filets
  • Pre-cooked baby potatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Wholegrain mustard
  • Chopped chervil
  • Chopped shallot

METHOD

  1. Mix wholegrain mustard with mayonnaise or soft fresh cheese for lighter option.
  2. Compose sandwich, start with sliced cooked baby potatoes.
