CRYSTAL ROLL salmon burger with fresh sorrel, tomato and grilled lemon, gribiche sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 5002074 CRYSTAL ROLL BEER PRE-SLICED
  • Salmon burger patty
  • Sorrel fresh leaves
  • Roma tomato slices
  • Lemon slices
  • Gribiche sauce (A mayonnaise-style cold egg sauce. The sauce is finished with chopped pickled cucumbers, capers, parsley, chervil and tarragon. It also includes hard-boiled egg whites cut in a julienne.)

METHOD

  1. Pan-fry the salmon burger patty.
  2. Grill or oven-roast the slices lemon.
  3. Flash bake CRYSTAL ROLL or grill/ roast both halves on cutting surface.
  4. Compose the fish burger and finish with the gribiche sauce.
