It is important to let the product thaw for 15 min. and then press it gently into to the baking paper cup. When the croissant swirl is completely defrosted it is impossible to lift it up and to drop it nicely in the baking paper cup.

- Fresh strawberries
- Mint leaves
METHOD
- Cut the croissant bun horizontally.
- Spread with vanilla custard and slices of strawberry.
- Decorate with mint.

- Sprinkled with grated emmental.
- Whipped cream, strawberries (wild or woodland strawberries), red currents, broken pistachio’s.
- Vegan burger (falafel,…), avocado or guacamole, Coeur de boeuf tomato, flat parsley, red onion, sprouts, tzatziki.
