- Passata
- burrata
- Cherry tomatoes (marinated in olive oil, garlic and rosemary)
- Olive oil
- Rosemary
- Pine nuts
METHOD
- Spread with the Passata all over the pinsa
- Place the toppings on the pinsa
- Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
- Finish by shredding the burrata, spread it over the pinsa and season with olive oil
Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
