  • Pea’s coulis (mixed peas)
  • Peas
  • Prosciutto di San Daniele
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mascarpone
  • Pea salad

METHOD

  1. Spread with the pea coulis all over the pinsa
  2. Place the peas on the pinsa
  3. Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
  4. Finish spreading mascarpone, cherry tomatoes, Prosciutto di San Daniele and pea salad over the pinsa

Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
