- Cherry tomatoes
- Mascarpone
- Pea salad
METHOD
- Spread with the pea coulis all over the pinsa
- Place the peas on the pinsa
- Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
- Finish spreading mascarpone, cherry tomatoes, Prosciutto di San Daniele and pea salad over the pinsa
Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
