GOURMET BRIOCHE BUN BLACK SESAME PRE-SLICED 70, beef burger with pork belly bacon and bleu cheese, peanut butter and marinated red onion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5002124 GOURMET BRIOCHE BUN BLACK SESAME PRE-SLICED 70
  • Fresh minced beef burger 15% fat
  • Bacon (pork belly bacon), grilled / roasted
  • Red onions, pickled
  • Kornblomst cheese (or gorgonzola or any other bleu cheese)
  • Fresh red chilli
  • Peanut butter

METHOD

  1. Toast the bun on the cutting surface and spread some peanut butter on the base. Cover with thin sliced red chili pepper.
  2. Grill the pork belly bacon and burger patty, season with pepper and (smoked) salt.
  3. Compose the hamburger (peanut butter spread – red chili – burger patty – bleu cheese – bacon – pickled red onion).
