  • Tuna in brine (tin)
  • Artichokes, marinated on oil
  • Mozzarella, sliced
  • Anchovy fillets oil packed
  • Black olives, pitted and sliced
  • Rocket

METHOD

  1. Flash bake the Schiacciata.
  2. Compose the sandwich starting with the tuna flakes and build up with the other ingredients.
