ROSE ROLL PUMPKIN 110 with obsiblue prawn, aged conté cheese, bisque and decorated with spring onion and lemon zest. Served warm.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001988 ROSE ROLL PUMPKIN 110,  cut in different diagonal incisions and filled with:
  • Aged conté cheese (48 months) and Obsiblue prawns

METHOD

  1. Bake for 5 mins. @ 190°C
  2. Cover with Bisque sauce, Spring onion, and grated lemon zest.
