  • Blue cheese, local cheese or Roquefort, Stilton, Danish Blue, Gorgonzola, Cambonzola,…
  • Pear, type “conference” sliced
  • Walnuts, crushed
  • Honey, liquid
  • Rocket

METHOD

  1. Assemble the sandwich starting with blue cheese, sliced pear, broken walnuts, honey, and rocket. 
  2. Grill in a contact-grill at 220°C for 3-4 mins.
