INGREDIENTS

  • Ham, slices 
  • Gouda cheese, sliced 

METHOD

  1. Assemble the canapé (tartine) starting with the curry spread, mango dices, radish slices and edamame beans. 
  2. Grill in a contact-grill at 220°C for 3-4 mins.
