  • Chicken breast fillet, pre-cooked pieces
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Cheddar, grated
  • Jalapeño, thin sliced

METHOD

  1. Assemble the sandwich starting with the avocado, a layer of chicken, a layer of cheddar with jalapeño pieces and tomato, and another layer of the chicken breast fillet. Close the sandwich.
  2. Grill in a contact-grill at 220°C for 3-4 mins.
