FOCACCIA ROLL FINE HERBS PRE-SLICED with chicken filet, Genoveso pesto, Roma tomato and Romaine lettuce, topped with pecorino cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5000265 FOCACCIA ROLL FINE HERBS PRE-SLICED
  • Soft cream cheese with herbs (type Philadelphia)
  • Pre-cooked chicken stripes
  • Roma tomato, sliced (or San Marzano tomato)
  • Green Genovese pesto
  • Romaine lettuce, sliced
  • Pecorino cheese, grated

METHOD

  1. Flash bake the focaccia. 
  2. Compose sandwich starting with spreading the soft cream cheese with herbs on both sides.
  3. Add alternated the pre-cooked chicken stripes and Roma tomato slices. 
  4. Top with a few dots of green Genovese pesto and romaine lettuce. 
  5. Finish with grated pecorino cheese. 
  6. Close sandwich and press a little.
