Barra Rústica Multiseed 100 with Brie cheese, fresh conference pear and balsamic cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001257 BARRA RUSTICA MULTISEED 100
  • Sliced brie cheese
  • Conference pear
  • Balsamic cream

METHOD

  1. Halve Barra Rústica horizontally and spread butter on both sides.
  2. Top with first layer of sliced Brie cheese and top with zigzag stripe of balsamic cream.
  3. Cover with layer of thin-sliced conference pear.
  4. Close sandwich and press gently.
