  • Chabichou Du Poitou AOP (goat cheese, soft ripened)
  • Mango, sliced
  • Hazelnuts, broken
  • Honey
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Affila cress

METHOD

  1. Roast or toast a slice of the Artisan wood-fired loaf.
  2. Compose the toast starting with the goat cheese and build up with the other ingredients.
  3. Finish by drizzling some honey on top.
