The story behind

Strong link farm to fork brownies. Made from scratch in the family business with Irish farm cream, Irish butter and Belgian dark chocolate. Hand decorated with love and attention, pre portioned, no artificial flavourings nor colourings and a shelf life of 4 days when kept cool.

Tips & tricks 

  • Keep in chilled.
  • For warm serving: heat in a microwave oven at 650W for 30 sec. The top of the brownie will shine and keeps its glance all day.
  • Served with a drop of the finest virgin olive oil and fleur de sel.
  • Brownie sandwich, sliced & filled with apricot jelly or orange marmalade.
