The story behind
Made with type “0” flour, a medium-strength wheat flour quite coarse in texture, like very powdery semolina, and perfect for making focaccia. The cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil on top do the rest to bring you back to the origin of this roll: Italy.
