Small multigrain roll with an expressive, crackling crust and a moist, airy crumb. Made of mainly spelt flour with wheat flour, rye sourdough, sunflower seeds, potato flakes and yogurt as secret ingredient for a persistent sensorial freshness. Enhanced by some notes of cilantro, fennel and cumin for an exquisite flavour. Decorated with sesame and poppy seeds.
