  • Spicy beef stew (Bo Kho)
  • Prepared kimchi
  • Cilantro
  • Red bell pepper

METHOD

  1. Warm the beef stew.
  2. Compose the sandwich on a warm Rose Roll starting with the warm beef stew and the cold kimchi. 
  3. Close the sandwich and press a little.
