- Pinsa
- Pistachio pesto (green pesto with pistachio nuts )
- Green asparagus (blached)
- Broccolini (blached)
- Sweety drops
- Grana padano
- Pea salad
METHOD
- Spread with the pistachio pesto all over the pinsa
- Place the toppings on the pinsa
- Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
- Finish spreading grated Grana padano, sweety drops and pea salad over the pinsa
Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
