5000779 TRAMEZZINO WHEAT-RYE party sandwich composition

Composition of differently shaped Tramezzino sandwiches.

  • Triangles 10 x 10 cm or as party sandwiches 5 x 5 cm
  • Squares 10 x 10 cm or as party sandwiches 5 x 5 cm
  • Cylinders, rolled up and conically halved 
  • Swirl rolls, vertically sliced cylinders 
  • Fingers (not on picture), 10 x 2 cm

INGREDIENTS

  • 5000779 TTRAMEZZINO WHEAT-RYE
  • Triangle sandwich with cream cheese, “mandoline” thin-sliced courgettes, green asparagus and cucumber.
  • Square sandwiches with duck mousse pâté and cranberries.
  • Cylinder roll sandwiches with horseradish cream cheese spread, dry-aged bresaola ham and parmesan petals.

METHOD

  1. Take sheet of tramezzino and spread sauce (tapenade, mayonnaise or cream cheese) on surface.
  2. Add layer of charcuterie meat, smoked fish or vegetables.
  3. Add extra layer(s) to your own taste.
  4. Finish with top layer from the tramezzino sheet.
  5. Cut sandwich beam into smaller pieces of desired dimensions.

TIP: For a festive, colourful presentation, use all three tramezzino flavours on one tray of sandwiches.
