Use a dumpling maker (or ravioli or empanada mould) to form cushions.
- Flatten slices with a rolling pin. The pressed crumb makes it stronger and unable to tear.
- Spread some sauce (tapenade, mayonnaise or cream cheese) on inside surface of ravioli (to glue edges together).
- Lay filling in the middle of the bread slice and close mould. Press firmly.
