METHOD

  1. Spread with oil over the pinsa
  2. Place the toppings on the pinsa
  3. Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
  4. Finish by adding the hand shredded burrata, truffle and rocket over the pinsa

Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
