PAVÉ GARDE FORESTIER PRE-SLICED panini with mozzarella, Roma tomato, Genovese pesto and pickled green pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2104664 PAVÉ GARDE FORESTIER PRE-SLICED 
  • Mozzarella, sliced
  • Roma tomao, sliced
  • Genovese pesto
  • Pickled green (chili) pepper, cut into rings

METHOD

  1. Assemble the panini starting with spreading the pesto on both slices, the mozzarella, tomatoes and the pickled green pepper rings. 
  2. Grill in a contact-grill at 220°C for 3-4 mins.
