  • Blanched green beans
  • Hardboiled egg
  • Tinned anchovy
  • Red onion rings
  • Apple capers
  • Dressing (red wine vinegar, mustard, chopped parsley, black pepper and salt)

METHOD

  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. Compose sandwich.
  3. Drizzle classic dressing over filling and close sandwich.
