GOURMET BRIOCHE BUN PRE-SLICED 70, beef burger and onion fried a la plancha with cheddar and pickled cucumber.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5002122 GOURMET BRIOCHE BUN PRE-SLICED 70
  • Fresh minced beef burger 15% fat with chopped onion and spices, fried a la plancha
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Cucumber, sliced and pickled
  • Mayonnaise with Dyon mustard (aioli or garlic mayonnaise suits as well)
  • Onion rings “a la Plancha”

METHOD

  1. Toast the bun on the cutting surface and pan fry the burger patty and onion rings, season with pepper and (smoked) salt.
  2. Compose the hamburger and serve with additional sauces such as bbq ketchup.
