Panini sandwich DANISH SANDWICH ROLL RYE PRE-SLICED with Danish blue cheese, caramelised onion and apple, spinach.
INGREDIENTS
- 5001986 DANISH SANDWICH ROLL RYE PRE-SLICED
- Danish blue cheese
- Onion rings caramelized: pan fry the onions slowly in olive oil with some balsamic cream and a pinch of salt.
- Apple, cut into julienne
- Young spinach leaves, handful
METHOD
- Caramelize the onion.
- Cut the apple into julienne and sprinkle some lemon juice (to avoid colouring).
- Compose sandwich starting with the Danish blue cheese, caramelised onion, apple and finally a handful of young spinach leaves.
- Close the sandwich and grill in a contact-grill for 3-4 mins at 220°C. Serve warm.
